East Pond Shoreline Cleanup at the Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge

Join JBRPC, the National Park Service, and Sadhana for a shoreline cleanup at Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge's East Pond valve, supported by Councilmember Joann Ariola and Assemblymember Stacey Pheffer-Amato.

Gloves, bags, and tools will be provided. Volunteers are encouraged to wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes and bring their own water and sunscreen. The cleanup will be canceled in the event of heavy rain or thunder/lightning in the forecast.
