Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks are comprised of 10,000 acres of parkland, including beaches, meadows and islands, and Jamaica Bay, an 18,000-acre wetland estuary. Serving as a wildlife sanctuary for over 300 species of birds, a destination for outdoor enthusiasts with over 20 miles of greenway and trails, an historic landmark in aviation at Floyd Bennett Field, and a buffer area to protect coastal communities from future storms, Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks play an important role in the natural and built environment.

By becoming a supporter of the Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy (JBRPC) you are helping to ensure that these natural, recreational, historical and cultural resources are preserved for generations to come!

JBRPC is a partner project of the Fund for the City of New York, which serves as its fiscal sponsor. Both JBRPC and the Fund are tax-exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the federal tax code, so your contribution is tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
