Kathryn Prybylski
While she recently joined the Bureau of Coastal Resilience at NYC DEP, Kathryn Prybylski has spent her career tackling complex infrastructure projects, fostering community engagement, and integrating urban design into resilience efforts. During her tenure at the NYC Economic Development Corporation, Kathryn oversaw a diverse portfolio of capital design and construction projects including waterfront esplanades, streetscapes, and coastal resilience infrastructure. Kathryn has an engineering bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a master’s degree in Urban Design from the Spitzer School of Architecture at CUNY.
