Volunteers will meet by the flag stand and Shorefront Bike Crossing and Garden by Beach, 108th Street and Shore Front Pkwy, to help keep our beachfront clean and protect our oceans.
The cleanup will be followed by an Apéro hosted by Souleil at The Rockaway Hotel, featuring live music, ocean views, delicious organic wines, and good vibes. Tickets for the general public to the apéro au Souleil are available here for $25 a ticket.
Gloves, bags, and tools will be provided. Volunteers are encouraged to wear weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy, closed-toe shoes, and bring water and sunscreen. The event is rain or shine.
