Join Amateur Astronomers Association as they celebrate the Spring Equinox with friends at The Garden by the Bay!

Telescopes will be set up for the general public to observe the stars after the sun crosses above the earth’s equator, moving from south to north. Jamaica Bay is one of the prime locations for astronomy in NYC, as its farther away from the peak light pollution of Manhattan and north Brooklyn.
