Join Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy for Rockaway Refresh: Flow & Clean, a mindful start to your Monday morning that gives back to the beach! We'll kick things off with Refresh Yoga, a short session of gentle, grounding movement—then head to the sand to clean up the shoreline. Volunteers are invited to help us keep our beaches debris-free after busy beach weekends.
