  • Shirley Chisholm State Park 1750 Granville Payne Avenue Brooklyn, NY, 11207 United States (map)

Help us catch, count, and record fish species and wildlife that thrive along the shores of the Penn Water Access Area!

Join the Education Team on Saturday, May 30th from 10am to 12pm for a morning of seining! Together we'll discover the incredible wildlife that call these shores home.

This program is free! All supplies are provided.

All ages are welcome. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

This program is fully outdoors. Please wear shoes you don't mind getting wet or muddy.

We will meet at the Penn Water Access Area. Note: The PWAA is roughly a 10 minute walk from the parking lot along a flat, gravel trail.

Don't forget to pack water, sun screen, and whatever else you need to be comfortable outside on the trails.
